Frontline Aspirant for the House of Representatives in Ikwerre/Emohua Federal Constituency, Barr. Ezemonye Ezekiel-Amadi, Wednesday, August 22, 2018 continued his visitation and consultation with Ward Leaders and Executives in Ikwerre and Emohua Local Government Areas with a visit to Ward 6, Ibaa, Emohua Local Government Rivers State.
The immediate past Commissioner for Lands and Survey in Rivers State was in the Ward to interact and consult with the Executive Committee and leadership of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the area and also explore ways of ensuring that the Party emerges victorious in the 2019 general elections.
#EmpowermentMachine used the occasion to inform the leadership and Party faithful of his interest to contest the 2019 general elections.
He also implored them to remain steadfast in their support for
the Minister of Transportation, Rt. Hon. Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi.
“I thank you for the audience you have given us. I came to present my self to you and to seek common grounds to advance the course of our Party. Just like I say everywhere I go, you should not relent in supporting our leader, Rt. Hon. Chibuike Amaechi. He is my boss and leader for life. So, if you don’t like or support him, there is no need for you to support me,” he said.
Responding, Dr. Chris Mbata, Leader, Ibaa Unity Forum, lauded Barr. Ezekiel-Amadi for the visit.
He futher revealed that members of the Ward have resolved to support the political aspiration of the Omerelu born politician.
His words; “You can tell a good product when you see one. Ezems, you are a good product. We are solidly behind you and we will give you hundred percent of our votes”
Also speaking, Hon. Saturday Ejiowhor, Chairman of the Ward, extolled the kind hearted disposition and benevolence of #EzemsBaba.
“We have heard about your empowerment story in Ikwerre Local Government. We want to tell the same story about you in Ibaa and Emohua at large. That is why we will give you our total and maximum support” he said.
Highlights of the visit were goodwill messages by Hon. Azubuike Wakanma, member of the leadership caucus of the Ward and other Party faithfuls.
